Hi, I’m Helene. I work as a nurse practitioner, but my soul purpose has always been something deeper. My mission is to help you reconnect with your own intuitive wisdom and transform your life from the inside out.

I have spent over a decade personally working in the energetic space, exploring my own healing and spiritual growth. Through this journey, I answered the clear intuitive call to help others clear what no longer serves them. My work is about helping you release stored stress and emotional blocks so you can align with your highest self and step fully into your purpose.

This work is about coming home to yourself. It is about remembering your power, feeling safe in your body, and learning to trust the wisdom that already lives within you.
